Meeting and Pickup
Our meeting point for the « NON ELECTRIC BIKE TOUR » is conveniently situated just a brisk 3 to 4-minute stroll from the Jardin Public or Paul Doumer tram stops on Line C. Look out for the garage displaying the letters 'Bacchus' prominently.
Redemption Instructions
Before we begin our adventure, please take a moment to review this IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Meeting Point: To ensure a smooth start, please arrive at 9:20 am for morning tours or 2:15 pm for afternoon tours. We allow a 5-minute grace period for any unforeseen delays. Tour Locations: - For the « E-BIKES » tours, the starting point is at 16 rue Dumaine in the vibrant Chartrons district. It's easily accessible by tram, with the nearest stop being "Croix de Seguey" on Tram Line D. From there, it’s just a 3-minute walk (approximately 250 meters) to our location. - For the non electric bike tours, the meeting point is at 16 rue du Jardin Public, near the Paul Doumer tram stop on Line C. Please verify the tram schedules ahead of time to ensure a timely arrival. Refund Policy: As a small business, we are unable to provide refunds if you arrive late or cannot attend the tour. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Essential Details: - Minimum Height Requirement: The minimum height for participants is 150 cm (5 feet). If you do not meet this requirement, your reservation may be canceled without a refund. - Physical Fitness: You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should be in good health. Expect to cycle approximately 12 kilometers over 3 hours. - Sustainability: In line with our commitment to being plastic-free, we do not provide plastic water bottles. We recommend bringing a reusable bottle, as there are plenty of water refill points throughout the city. - Bike Riding Confidence: It's essential to be comfortable and confident riding a bike. If you're not, it may not be the best time to join. Accidents can happen, and you are responsible for your actions and behavior. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any incidents. ⏰ Arrival & Transport Tips Public transport can be unpredictable, so please allow extra travel time. Arrive 15 minutes early—we allow a 5-minute grace period, but tours leave on schedule. Missed tours, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
If the minimum number of participants for an e-bike or regular bike group is not reached, the tour may be mixed. Don’t worry — the experience stays the same: same route, same fun, same distance, same guides, and same schedule. It’s not about the type of bike, it’s about the experience.
